Deck Coffee started with the desire and need to find coffee at home that had that nutty fresh barista cup without the need to go outside for it.  Why shouldn't I be able to get a a great cup of coffee but not that stuff that sits on the grocery shelf or having to make a regular trip to a roaster that has a breakdown every week and not enough supplies.  I need consistency at home - thus Deck Coffee was born!

Not to say we didn´t have our pitfalls, because how do you also take this coffee with you - wherever you are, be it on a boat, or in the woods on that much sought out quiet time.  We wanted the packaging, design, and availability to follow us around and not overwhelm us.  Trying to spend enough time outdoors was also a driver, and forgetting that last min peace of mind was super important.  So not only was Deck Coffee born, but was thriving on a few different themes:  Sustainable, Organic, Reasonably Priced for the product, Fresh and Delicious.  We partnered up and here we are- serving our best of the best to our community.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs. The available shipping methods and associated rates will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping rates are based on the destination, package weight, and chosen delivery speed. Whichever shipping rate you choose will still ensure coffee beans at their peak freshness guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times and get you the freshest coffee humanly possible, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!
